Turning Your Facebook Page Into a Store

So everyone knows about Facebook Marketplace but did you know you can turn your Facebook business page into a store? And did you know its free?

Its also very easy to do! Heres my Jam page on Facebook

While your there give me a like :)

Okay now look to the left and see the little "show now" shopping cart? If you want to see how a Facebook store looks hit that and it will pull up my store.

To get this all you do is open the Facebook app "Tab Juice" and build your store. I had mine up and running in about an hour.

We have already had a couple sales off it and I am hoping for more as we get more people to see the page.

Back and Updates! Demand studios, 1-800 Flowers & Jam

My poor blog has been unattended due to Jam sales and Holidays.

Demand Studios has pretty much bit the dust for most of us. As I thought the First Look Program was really a last look program for most of us.

Many have moved on and found better paying writing gigs and for them I am so happy! Just shows that you can find other opportunities out there if you look hard enough.

I did get a gig with 1-800 flowers to answer calls from home but my dang phone wouldnt work right with their software. I would have had to purchase a new phone at the cost of about 85.00 and I just couldn't bring myself to do it for 3 weeks worth of work. Its not easy to find a corded landline phone that will work with a headset. They also require you to be available for 11 hours per day so I knew that was going to interfere with making jam and jelly.

Our newest flavor of jam is Damn Hot Pepper Jelly and my poor assistant about did herself in when we cooked this batch. We put 8 habanero and 8 jalapeno peppers in it and let me tell you that is when its time to break out face masks. LOL. We will know better next time!
